This web design application is intended to be a supplement to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Pavement Design Guide.
The specific processes for pavement design are presented in detail in the Guide. When user is in design module, the web application
is set up to automatically fill in many details based on input from the user, and is intended to be used from "Title & Info." tab
at the page settings. This will allow information input by the user to be carried over to subsequent tabs.
